The Mandarin Oriental Grand Cayman, a new ultra-luxury hospitality development consisting of a 100 key Hotel, 89 branded residences, and fully amenitized resort with a Spa and Event Pavilion. Affixed on the southern shore of the island, the resort will boast 700 feet of white sand beach where guests and residences will enjoy both sunrise and sunset views during their truly private retreat.
3lite was brought in to support Owner and Contractor in optimizing design, ensuring specs are within brand standards, minimizing variations, aligning design with off-the-shelf production capabilities of supply chain, and generally value sourcing premium materials to meet design intent at a fraction of the original price. 3lite was also engaged for the complete material sourcing of numerous interior and exterior packages on the project.
